Our salon number has changed after 20 years, due to our telecom provider not being able to carry over our number during a system migration.
There are no other operational salon changes, this is just a phone number change – everything else will stay exactly the same here.

Just as in the past 20 years, you can phone us and we will help assist your queries.
This new salon number operates during salon opening hours only, just as before.
It is not a personal mobile and it will be used by anyone who works for Aesthetica, so messages are kept neutral and professional.
If we cannot answer, you can leave a voicemail message on this number and we will phone you back, or you can Whatsapp this number with your query (requesting a booking, advising us of cancelling your appointment, checking on appointment times, ordering a gift voucher, etc).
Please note, for safeguarding of therapists in salon, we will still insist on speaking to you for the actual appointment booking and we never book via messaging or emails. This is an important safety process for us therapists and we have never compromised on this.
You can reach out to us on Aesthetica’s Whatsapp and we will phone you to make the actual booking, at a time convenient to you.
For privacy reasons and to protect our clients’ data, we never operate Whatsapp groups or group chats.

GIFT VOUCHERS are very special beautiful gifts to give, to make a person feel very spoilt and cared for.
Please remember we are not a “walk in” salon and have never been, in 20 years being open on these premises.
Please do phone us on 07555 575656 to pre-order your GIFT VOUCHER and to arrange your collection slot, as we still like to reduce client cross-over as much as possible, to keep everyone extra safe on the premise – in regard to viruses this time of year. Please help us in our mission to protect our most vulnerable clients & to keep all of you safe and healthy in our care.
Of course, for last minute purchases or if you are not local – we can also arrange vouchers over the telephone. Just phone us at the salon, we can take all details and payment and swiftly email the vouchers directly to you into your inbox or the recipient’s.

In sight of the current atmosphere regarding the winter season and related viruses which are circulating – just a quick reminder on how we operate here, what you can expect from us & what we kindly expect from you:
Although all restrictions were lifted on the 19th July 2021 in the UK, we had never fully lifted our restrictions here at the salon & still operate in a carefully assessed way and with many restrictions in place. There seems to be some method in our madness, as all of this remains relevant and we will therefore keep these ways of operating in place until we feel things can change and our own risk assessment allows this.
We, as therapists, are still in PPE and wearing masks. It is our clients’ choice to wear a mask. Some of our most vulnerable clients may still like to wear a mask, so please feel free to choose what you feel most comfortable with.
For your safety, we are reducing unnecessary client cross-over as much as possible, so please come on time, not early or late. We are actively managing the amount of clients waiting in the reception area, at any one time.
We will ask you to use handgel and encourage you to wash your hands.
Please phone us before coming to the salon to make product or voucher purchases. We are not a “walk in” salon and have never been. Please phone us prior popping by – we will take your voucher details, get it ready and beautiful for you and arrange a suitable pick-up time. It saves you time and we will take contactless payment in salon. You can also make payment prior over the telephone, to make the pick-up faster for you, if this is something you prefer.
If you would like us to post your voucher out, please allow a few days, as postal services are a bit slower than before the pandemic. Remember, we can take payment over the telephone and email you e-vouchers instantly, avoiding time delays and postal charges.
Please ideally make contactless payment.
Please do not come to us if you have any sign of any cold, feeling unwell, temperature, etc. We are blessed that our whole clientele had already observed this for the past 20 years here, due to us always having treated vulnerable clients during immunosuppression, and we are now extra strict on this. We have recently had clients ask if they could attend a treatment with a cough or cold which is “not Covid related” … And the answer is a definite “no”. This is to keep you safe and well, as well as everyone else. Having a massage treatment when not feeling well could make you feel even more poorly, so we strongly advise against this.
We have had this rule in place here already before the pandemic for all the years, and we will not treat you if we sense that you are ill.
All treatments can always be postponed and we have never charged anybody for this – so please just call us on
